Overview
On Their Mind is an email list management tool. It manages lists of
people to whom you want to send email messages, somewhat like the bulk mailing
programs for postal mail, but it also tracks the messages you email.

that it focuses on opt-in lists (not spam) and the signups are interest-based.

benefit even beyond insuring the attention of your clients. It is a cheap and
effective way to survey your clients about their interest areas. The dentist in
our example could commission a market research study with surveys and focus
groups to better understand his patient demographics. By selecting interest
categories appropriately in his On Their Mind account, the dentist gets
the same result as a free byproduct.
On Their Mind tallies how many signups select braces or dentures, and
the dentist learns which product is becoming more relevant to his practice.
Patients are normally not eager to be surveyed, but they readily mark their
interest-based check boxes on On Their Mind signups because their reward
is apparent. Compared to regular market surveys, On Their Mind results
are less intrusive and more reliable.
The procedure to use On Their Mind takes minutes. Using an online
form, you designate the interest areas appropriate to your business, along with
formatting choices for your Electronic Bulletins. After that, On Their
Mind provides an Electronic Bulletin signup form for your customers,
typically imtegrated into your website, with the same interest areas ready for
them to select.
Any time you wish, you can bring up On Their Mind's Send Form to
compose an Electronic Bulletin. You check the interest areas matching the
content of your Electronic Bulletin, and On Their Mind takes care of the
rest.

tasks to office managers, even to third-party writers, with or without your
